OUR · SERVICE · FAMILY TAP FOR MENU

Your menu is one tap away.

Our Service Family makes tappable coasters for restaurants and bars. A guest taps their phone, your menu opens — no app to download, and you can change it anytime without reprinting a thing.

Live right now

Picture one coaster wired to every menu you serve — morning through last call. Tap it right now and it opens the dinner menu — going by Eastern time

Same coaster, open to close — the menu follows the clock on its own.

Why it always shows the right menu

The coaster never changes. The menu it points to does.

Every coaster points at a link you control. Change what's behind it and every coaster on every table updates at once — tap or scan, it always lands on what's current.

More than a menu

One tap. Or a whole menu of choices.

A coaster doesn't have to open just your menu. Tap it, and it can land on a little hub — whatever earns its place on your table.

You pick what it opens. Change your mind later — the coaster stays the same.

How it works

Three steps, then you're done.

  1. Tell us your menu

Send the link to the menu you already have, or let us host one for you. Either way, we point your tag at it.

  2. Coasters hit your tables

Branded tappable coasters, programmed and ready. Set them on the bar and the tables — that's the whole install.

  3. Update whenever you want

86 the wings, add a special, swap in the brunch menu on weekends. The coasters stay; the tap just follows along.

Who's behind it

Our Service Family is small and local on purpose. It's built by someone who's worked nearly every side of these rooms — front of house, back of house, managing the floor, working the door. I've watched a menu go stale mid-week and the reprint costs pile up, and got tired enough of it to build the fix.

That means no call center, no contract you'll regret, and a real person who picks up. Menu changes? Live before your next shift.
